Dan Brudnok - Chester, Lancaster and Delaware County, PA Real Estate Professional

Six month's back I wrote and asked for prayer's for my son Ryan and his girlfriend Shannon as they found out they were expecting a baby.....

Tonight around 6 PM Luke Richard Brudnok was born.......he is about eight weeks premature, just over two pounds and has some complications......and need your prayer's.

Shannon is doing well, my son Ryan is dealing as best he can and Luke Richard is fighting.  He has a long road ahead of him, the doctor's say there is no reason to believe that he will not make it......

My wife Beverly and I went to our Perpetual Adoration Chapel this evening......I wept and prayed.....them a calm came over me, I knew that He was listening to me and that my belief in Him was the reason for the calm.

I know that the Lord always give us what we need, Never give's us more than we can handle and His will will be done.

I believe in the power of prayer......and He will answer those who trust and believe in Him.

You know when something just feels right......when the timing is just so that you can no longer resisit moving forward.

About a month and a half ago I met up with a friend I have known now going on 10 years.  We see one another at our kids baseball and soccer games when they were younger......at Church most Sunday's and at local events.  I saw John at my last agency the day I was stopping by to resign to move to Keller Williams.  I was surprised to see him there as he lives near me, and one of the biggest reason's for leaving for me was that the office was to far for a daily office environment.  He informed me that he just joined the office there and was surprised I was leaving.  I wished him well and told him if I could be of any assistance that he was not to hesitate to call me.  He did so that very day.....

Move ahead to about 2 weeks ago..... John and I have touched base a few times....and he was looking for direction as he is a newly licensed Agent.....and he had now joined my KW office.  This made me very happy as I have been searching for a partner to grow my business.....someone with the same background, belief's, ethic's and family ties to make this move a reality.

Today John and I are finalizing our partnership at the office and moving in a new direction together.  This is a great fit for us both and one we are sure will be successful for many years to come.....stay tuned, the Downingtown and surrounding area"s of Chester County, where we both live with our families, will be our main area of expertise and we look forward growing our referral base to and from there as well.
